He was predeceased by: his parents, John Alfred "Fred" and Esther Marie (Budd); his siblings, Gale Broman and Doris Anderson; and his grandson Jonathan Broman.
He is survived by: his wife Margaret Simonson (Simonson); his children, Cheryl Haluptzok (Dale), Donna Broman (Bill), Judy Porter (Warren), Nancy Mengelkoch (Jeff) and Michael Broman (Kara); and his grandchildren, Chris Haluptzok, Kelly Vigstol, Jenna Broman and Matthew Broman. He is also survived by great grandchildren and (1) great-great grandchild.
