We are sad to announce that on July 12, 2021, at the age of 76, Barbara Weber of Mounds View, Minnesota passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Barbara Weber to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, H. Chester Otteson and Ethel M. Otteson. She is survived by: her sister Mary Phillips; her husband Richard; her sons, Gary (Jackie) and Paul (Jess); and her grandchildren, Kai, Olivia, Vincent, Liza and Heidi Jo.
