He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Henry, Thelma Nelson and Edward Mecl; and his cousin Blake Nelson. He is survived by: his parents, Keith Nelson and Judy Nelson (Mecl); his brother Chad Nelson (Kelly); his nephew Henrik; his niece Ingrid; and his grandmother Donna Mecl. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.
