She is survived by: her children, Jay Eugene Foreman (Tricia) of Prescott and Heidi Lee Octavia Carlson of Excelsior, MN; and her grandchildren, Nicholas Charles Foreman (Jessica), Patrick Michael Foreman (Annie Keene), Ahna Octavia Carlson and Catherine Grace Carlson.
