He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Evelyn Johnson (Ekgren) and Earl Johnson; his wife Carol Sandberg; his children, Larry Johnson (Lois) of Motley, Rick Johnson (Jan) of Kalispell and Tammy VanDixhorn (Brian Teyema) of Ingleside, Illinois; his sister Marie Hauck (Vic) of Ramsey, Minnesota; his grandchildren, Lisa Anderson (Charlie), Kimberly Carlson (Charlie), Sarah Johnson, Rachel Johnson, Katie VanDixhorn, Matthew VanDixhorn, Alison VanDixhorn (Gerrit Immink), Ashley Williams (Jay) and Whitney VanDixhorn; and his great grandchildren, Dayton, Camden, Ashton, Waylen, Hazel Anderson, Eli, Owen Carlson, Maia, Noah, Judah Johnson Mendoza, Asher Dahmm, Sage and Scout Williams.
