He was predeceased by: his parents, John and Ebba; his wife Rosemary; and his brothers, Harry Jex and Robert Jex.
He is survived by: his children, Sandy Koehnen (John) of Motley, Pat Schafer (Bill) of Brooklyn Center and Bob Jex (Kathy) of St. Michael. He is also survived by six grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren.
