He was predeceased by: his parents, John R. Heine and Anna Mae Heine (Gustafson); and his brother David Heine. He is survived by: his children, Anna Heine Nehs (Scott) of Elmhurst, IL, William Heine (Antoinette Perron) of Faribault and Thomas Heine (Anna) of Savage, MN; his wife Pamela Heine of Morristown, MN; and his stepdaughters, Heidi Markham (Robert) of Faribault and Shelby White of Mankato, MN. He is also survived by other relatives and many friends.
