He was predeceased by: his mother Phyllis Ackerman; and his sister Susan Ackerman. He is survived by: his children, Stacey Tabor (Troy) of Eagle Lake and Kyle Ackerman (Rosa) of Waseca; his grandchildren, Carlee, Ira, Violet, Cylus, Parker and Edison; his wife June Ackerman of Morristown; and his siblings, Peggy Ackerman of Florida and David of California. He is also survived by grandchildren, and nieces and nephews.
