It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of John R. Blackmer (Morristown, Minnesota), who passed away on September 3, 2018, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Stasia and Lonnie; his nephew Robert Blackmer; and also, Evelyn Kolling (Clausen) and Arnold Kolling.
He is survived by: his wife Judy Blackmer (Kolling); his sons, John and Jeff; his grandchild Ryan Blackmer; his great grandchildren, Aneesa, Zoey of Farmington, Nicholas Blackmer, Elizabeth Blackmer of Ankeny, Shannon Blackmer of Faribault and Rebecca Blackmer of Ankeny; his brother Dennis of Faribault; and his brother-in-law Steven of Eagle River, WI. He is also survived by five nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Bethlehem Lutheran Church or the American Red Cross.
