With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Steven Staples of Morris, Minnesota, who passed away on July 21, 2024 at the age of 73. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Wally Staples and Helen Staples (Lesmeister); his wife Kathy; his sister Cathy; his parents-in-law, Raymond and Josephine; and his siblings-in-law, Patricia Kisgen, Pamela Kussatz and Ron Cline.
He is survived by: his children, Bob (Trudy) of Hancock, MN, Christy Steinbach (Tim) of Saint Cloud, MN and Steph Popp (Ryan) of Richfield, MN; his grandchildren, Alexis, Kaitlyn Staples, Trey, Ashleigh Steinbach, Josie and Matthew Popp; his siblings, Jan Mahoney, Pam Staples, Pat Staples, Ron Staples (Juanita) and Dick Staples (Mary); and his siblings-in-law, Bob Mahoney, Geri Hennen (David), Gerald Cline (Audrey), Tim Cline, Marvin Kisgen and Gordon Scribner. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers the family prefers memorials.
