He is survived by: his sons, Scott Staples (Jenell) of Morris and Randy Staples (Bobbi-Jo) of Morris; his daughter-in-law Doris Staples of Arizona; his grandchildren, Mark Staples (Jessie), Jody Byerly (Chad), Katie Dols (Jon), Angie Lee (David), Melissa Gabrielson (Jason), Alexis Schwochert (Ryan), Paul Staples (Kelsey) and Jacob Staples (Jackie); his siblings, Stanley Staples of Chokio and Mary Jean Krei of Osseo; and his siblings-in-law, Joanne Staples of Chokio, Mary Ann Smith of Rapid City, SD and Jim Kelling of Owatonna. He is also survived by 16 great-grandchildren.
