He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Koehl and Mary Koehl (Sommer); his siblings, Ernest, Eunice and Jonah; his sister-in-law Gladys; his great-nephew Stefan Koehl; and also Lena Mogler.
He is survived by: his nieces and nephews, Keith Koehl (Coleen) of Morris, Cheryl Nohl (David) of Morris, Wayne Koehl (Mary) of Morris, Roy Koehl (Jenell) of Morris, James Koehl (Hildegard) of Morris, Mary Mogler (Kent) of Mendota Heights and Ruth Jones (Shane) of Morris. He is also survived by 20 grand nieces and nephews; and 42 great-grand nieces and nephews.
