She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence Sorbo and Olga Sorbo (Kilen); and her siblings, Warren, Darlyn, JoAnn, Marlow (Mike), Clair, Ronald and Lorette.
She is survived by: her husband Jack Kern; her caregiver Jack of Morris; her sister Carol Ness (Ron) of Perham; and her brothers-in-law, Mark Kern (Lynn) and Mike Kern (Chris). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
