It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Kevin W. Loen of Morris, Minnesota, born in Benson, Minnesota, who passed away on February 22, 2022, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Delmer Loen and Audrey Loen (Welker); his brothers, Baby Loen and Dean Loen; and his fathers-in-law, Kenneth Gunder, Gary McRunnel and Ernie Bass.
He is survived by: his former wife Violet Wersinger; his wife Debra Gunder Boettcher of Morris; his children, Megan Ahrndt (Adam) of St. Joseph, Casey Loen (Stephanie) of Fargo, ND and Garth Loen (Katie) of Millington, TN; his stepchildren, Erica Lindquist (John) of Benson, Nicole Boardman (Joshua) of Hancock and Christopher Boettcher of Morris; his grandchildren, Elle, Brock Ahrndt, Nola, Hazel Loen, Dexter and Corinne Loen; his stepgrandchildren, Kylee of Benson, Chase of Benson, Brady of Benson, Damon of Benson, Jayden of Benson, Yasmine of Benson, Finn of Benson, Kenna and Kason of Hancock; his siblings, Gary Loen (Doris) of Glenwood, Steve Loen (Susan) of Glenwood, Lonny Loen of Santa Barbara, CA, Sheila Dokken (Wayne) of Benson and Rhonda Fennell (Steve) of Benson; and his mothers-in-law, Marie McRunnel and Gladys Bass. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
