She was predeceased by: her parents, Howard Hoffman and Shirley Hoffman. She is survived by: her husband Walter; her children, Rosemary and Walter (Jenn); her granddaughter Bella; and her siblings, Linda, Brent (Anne) and Terry (Rod). She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
