He was predeceased by: his parents, Roland Rogers and Marian Rogers; his siblings, John (Pat), Norbert (Angie) and Elizabeth Davidson (Dave); his great grandchild Blakely Kane; and his stepson Joe Hacker.
He is survived by: his wife Lucille Hacker; his children, Norm Rogers Jr. and Bonnie Rogers; his stepchildren, Russ, Beth Hacker, Jim, Vicky Hacker, Sandy, Al Roeser, Paul Avenson and Twila Falk (Gary); and his stepdaughter-in-law Kathy Hacker. He is also survived by six grandchildren, five great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews and several other family members and friends.
