He was predeceased by: his parents, William Wersal and Mary Wersal (Roiger); his wife Mary; his son Dennis Wersal; his grandson Nicholas Wersal; his son-in-law Ron Lindquist; his siblings, Leonard Wersal, William Wersal Jr. and Irene Groebner of Evelyn Kastner; and his siblings-in-law, Edith Rosenstengel, Marion Sellner, Cecilia Hornick, Dorothy Wersal, Clem Hacker, Leo Veit, George Groebner, Clarence Hornick, John Rosenstengel, LeRoy Weisensel and Ray Kastner.
He is survived by: his sisters, Lucille Hacker (Norman) of Morgan, Mary Ann Veit of New Ulm and Madonna Ebnet (Albert) of Springfield; and his brother-in-law Art Sellner of Sleepy Eye. He is also survived by grandchildren, great grandchildren and many friends.
