He was predeceased by: his parents, Anton Eisenbarth and Murial Eisenbarth (Gallary); and his siblings, Patricia Friedrich and Loren Eisenbarth. He is survived by: his sons, Chad Eisenbarth (Sherry) and Jayme Eisenbarth (Jodi); his grandchildren, Jade Lothert, Jalyn and Zach Seurer; his great grandchild Crew Seurer; and his siblings, Kathy Zaske and Mike Eisenbarth.
