He is survived by: his children, Kevin Fore (Vikki), Kris Lewis (Danny), Jim Fore (Julie), Lisa Epsen (David) and Chad Fore (LeAnn); his grandchildren, Ashley (Erik), Jillian (Mike), Katie (Jeremy), Becky (Mike), Amy (Cole), Trenton, Ryan (Briana), Erica (Brady), Slade (Adri), Tucker, Lindsey (Steve), Logan and Lexi; and his great grandchildren, Olivia, Bennett, Chase, Casey, Amelia, Soon, Tara, Taya, Wyatt, Caiden, Nora, Maddox, Ellary, Drake, Jaxon, Ada Atleigh, Oliver and Oscar. He is also survived by his brothers and sisters and many nephews and nieces and many dear friends.
