He was predeceased by: his parents, Emil Kottke and Martha Kottke; and his sister Lorraine (Dave O'Flanagan). He is survived by: his grandson Jade Hays; his wife Helaine Kottke; and his children, Doug Kottke (Wendy) of Cloverdale, MN and Carrie Hays (Howard) of Harrisville, WV. He is also survived by stepchildren, nephews, nieces and grandchildren and great grandchildren.
