It is with great sadness that we announce the death of William Allen Matten of Moose Lake, Minnesota, born in Cloquet, Minnesota, who passed away on April 16, 2022, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, William Matten and Edith Matten (Bandle); his wife Cleo; his brother Jim; and his children-in-law, Jeri Matten and Todd Mastro.
He is survived by: his children, Lisa Mastro, David Matten (Roxanne) and Shawn Aho (Jackie); his grandchildren, Skyler, Sayler, Sheyanne, Spencer, Aaron, Danica, Marlene, James, Vance and Carly; his great grandchild Ren; and his brother Alvin Matten (Carolyn). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
