He was predeceased by: his father Darrell Siem; his stepfather Robert Lindgren; his uncle Richard Siem; his aunt Barbara (Mel Denson); and his grandparents, Harry, Viola Siem, Loretta, Bud Hawkins and Irvin Haertel.
He is survived by: his mother Sandra Lindgren of Fairmont; his brother Rick Siem; and his nieces and nephews, Darren Siem, Tanner Siem, Caleb Siem of Minnesota, Cara Beran and Dana Zucker. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
