It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Louise Christine Engstrom of Moose Lake, Minnesota, who passed away on January 27, 2023, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Reverend Robert Engstrom; her parents, Phillip Eckman and Hildur Eckman; and her sister Lin. She is survived by: her children, John Engstrom (Joan), Robert "Rob" Engstrom, Chandra Engstrom, Michael Engstrom, Peter Engstrom, Kathryn Engstrom, Braeden Welch, Emma Welch and Clarabel Welch; her great grandchildren, Rowan Lesson, Nora Lesson, Theodore Weldy, Louisa Weldy and Gustaf Engstrom; her siblings, Phillip Linner Eckman (Julie) and Linda "Lynn" Lundgren (Stephen); her sister-in-law Britt Lundgren; her children, David Lundgren (Rhonda), Tim Lundgren, Sarah Lundgren Schnarr, Joanna Kuehn, Charlotte Engstrom and Paula Enstrom; and her brother-in-law John Engstrom.
In lieu of flowers memorials are preferred to Hope Lutheran Church Endowment Fund, Hope Lutheran Building Fund, Salvation Army, or Special Olympics.
