He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Anne Kolar and Thomas Malcolm Willams; his wife Diane Wray-Williams; his daughters, Elizabeth Bercaw (Scott) and Sarah Haug (James); his stepdaughters, Carrie Fuentes (Andres), Cynthia Lowe (Tim) and Amanda Ghauri (Sajid); and his grandchildren, Callie Bercaw, Ethan, Amanda Haug, Danny, Andrew Fuentes, Matt Cole (Katie), Tyler Lowe, Johnathon Larson, Jamal, Jasmine, Ruhksana and Sameer Ghauri.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to Minnesota Clean Water Action (cleanwater.salsalabs.org), River Keepers of Fargo-Moorhead (riverkeepers.org), or the First Presbyterian Church of Moorhead.
