She was predeceased by: her mother Rose Marie Boyum (Severson); and her grandparents, Henry, Selma Boyum, Joseph and Miriam Severson.
She is survived by: her father Kenneth Boyum of Bejou, MN; her husband Tom Desotel; her daughters, Chelsi Desotel (Clinton Zenzius) of Moorhead and Tori Desotel of Buffalo, ND; her grandchildren, Easton Kortie and Lydia Zenzius; and her siblings, Henry Boyum (Pam) of Owatonna, MN, Jason Boyum of Bejou, Duane Boyum (Tracy) of Claremont, MN, William Boyum of McIntosh, MN and Debbie Lofgren (Bob) of Fort Myers, FL. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and beloved friends.
