He was predeceased by: his parents, William Wright and Hilda Wright (Overby); his sons, Robert, Jr. and William "Rob" Wright; his brother Richard Wright; and his brother-in-law Marshall Moore.
He is survived by: his daughter Trisha Tank (Aaron); his siblings, Rose Mary Moore of Bismarck, ND and Roger Wright (Sharon); and his caregiver Anita Bender (Ellen Brisch). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
