With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Michael W. Spanier of Moorhead, Minnesota, who passed away on April 12, 2025 at the age of 73. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Jacob Spanier and LaVerne Spanier (Eckberg); his brothers, Doug Spanier and David Spanier; his nephew Darren Spanier; and his niece Jennifer Spillers.
He is survived by: his wife Ina Levang; his sons, Eric Spanier (Latisha) of Moorhead and Evan Spanier (Lindsay) of Fargo; his grandchildren, Ahnika, Logan, Ben, Ethan, Rachel, Avery and Ryland; and his siblings, Ken Spanier (Holly), Laurie Spanier, Tammy Blomstedt (Paul) and Trina Gilberg (Neil). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
