He is survived by: his mother Audrey Westby (Rollie); his wife Pamela Halbakken; his daughters, Andrea (Joseph Kauffman), Tami Johnson (Jason), Brooke Wormsbecker (Kyle) and Monica Schneider (Joseph); his grandchildren, Davis, Phoebe Johnson, Reese Wormsbecker, Amelia and Genevieve Schneider; his brothers, Bob Westby (Dawn), Allen Westby (Linda), Peter Westby (Jeannie), Pat Westby (Cathy) and Chris Westby (Angie); his brother-in-law Tom Halbakken (Becky); and his nieces and nephews, Sam Westby (Heather), Abbie Savage (Derek), Lucas Westby (Sarah), Kate Campos (Abe), Kristin Westby (RJ), Haley Westby (Alex), Isaiah Westby, McKenna Westby, Chris Halbakken and Travis Halbakken. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, and cousins.
