She was predeceased by: her parents, Daniel Danielson and Lena Danielson (Olson); her husband Donald Shields; and her son Galen. She is survived by: her daughters, Robbie Zent (Gary) of Alexandria, MN and Maris O'Connell (Pat) of Moorhead, MN; her daughter-in-law Beverly Shields of Virginia Beach, VA; her grandchildren, Chris Zent (Terri), Sara Paulson (Mike), Charlotte Shields, Sam Shields and Caitlin Ross (Andrew); and her sister-in-law Fran Fetters. She is also survived by 11 great-grandchildren, many nieces and nephews.
