With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Judith Ann Horn of Moorhead, Minnesota, born in Sabin, Minnesota, who passed away on June 21, 2024 at the age of 68. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, John Motschenbacher and Helen Motschenbacher (Pearson); and her brother Thomas Motschenbacher. She is survived by: her children, Brian Horn, Jason Horn, Steven Horn (Miranda Hjelden), Timothy Horn and Lisa Horn; her grandchildren, Isabella Horn, Trinity Horn, Jose Reyes, Jr. and Thomas Reyes; her siblings, Ginny Soland (Douglas), Nancy Motschenbacher, John Motschenbacher, Jr. (Char Aberle), Kathy Motschenbacher (Kurt Erickson) and Charles Motschenbacher (Jackie Swanson); and her sister-in-law Kay Motschenbacher. She is also survived by other loving relatives and friends.
