We are sad to announce that on March 5, 2024, at the age of 88, Joanne A. Fobes of Moorhead, Minnesota, born in Glyndon, Minnesota passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Edwin Peterson and Alice Peterson (Gee); her husband James "Jim" Fobes; her brother Donald "Sonny"; and her siblings-in-law, Thelma, Evelyn, Joanne, William "Bill", Shirley, Maurie and Dennis.
She is survived by: her children, Pennie Raftevold (Dan Busche) of Moorhead, MN and Jeff Fobes of Moorhead, MN; her grandchildren, Ashley (Justin), James (Kasey), Katie (Nate) and Travis; her great grandchildren, Allaina JoLynn, Trenton Nathan, Adilynn Kate, Troy Wesley, Greyson Paul, Ryker James and Emery Reign; and her sister-in-law Glenda. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
