He is survived by: his wife Marilyn Gaarder; his children, Lee (Susie), John (Sara), Mary (Terry) and Miranda; his grandchildren, Alexa, Brett, Domingo, Kaleb, Keegan, Kiana, Kyla, Madison, Mercadez, Mickinley, Morgan and Savanna; his great grandchildren, Avery, Jacob, James, Jason, Karly, Lily, Wyatt and William; and his siblings, August (Joan) and Marian (John).
