He is survived by: his wife Rita; his sons, Nathan Lizakowski (Tonya) of Blaine, MN, Patrick Lizakowski (Jen) of Otsego, MN and Daniel Lizakowski (Mary) of West Fargo, ND; his stepchildren, Jesse Burkle (Elizabeth) and Alicia Burkle (Felix Orona) of Moorhead, MN; his grandchildren, Peyton, Zachary, Gabrielle, Eli, Addy, Paisley, Scarlett Lizakowski, Dylan, Carter, Dayton, Tanner, Parker and Hunter; his siblings, Shirley Stender (Jerry) of Cuba City, WI and Ron Lizakowski (Sandra) of Rochert, MN; and his former wife Melany Lizakowski. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
