He was predeceased by: his parents, Everett Witt and Adeline Witt (Halverson); his siblings, Lois, Joyce, Duane and Lyle; and his granddaughter Jessica.
He is survived by: his wife Sharon Johnson; his children, Shannon Booker, Michele Coney (Chuck) of Wolverton, ND and David Witt (Nisreen) of Newport Beach, CA; his stepdaughters, Margaret Johnson of San Francisco, CA and Katie Miller (Chris) of Scottsdale, AZ; his grandchildren, Quincy, Sasha Booker, Garrett, Kellen Mortenson, Dylan and Zane Witt; and his stepgranddaughter Caroline Miller.
A reception will be held on Friday, January 31st 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Wright Funeral Home and Cremation Service-Moorhead (605 2nd Ave S, Moorhead, MN 56560).
