He was predeceased by: his parents, William Walby and Rose Walby (Kinsvater); his brother Doug Walby (Lillian); and his brother-in-law Loren Schock. He is survived by: his wife Connie Hagel; his children, Alesha Walby and Damon Walby (Elizabeth); his grandchildren, Annabelle, Emmie and Lilia Walby; and his sisters, Delores Schock and Doreen VanSickle (Wally). He is also survived by other loving relatives and friends.
Visitation was held on Thursday, November 14th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Lutheran Church of Christ (1900 14th St S, Moorhead, MN 56560). A funeral service was held on Thursday, November 14th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Friday, November 15th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 10:30 AM at the Fargo National Cemetery (8709 40th Ave NW, Harwood, ND 58042).
