He is survived by: his wife Leanne; his daughters, Amanda Olson (Eric) and Gina Mastin (Travis); his grandchildren, Ian, Isaac, Ingrid, Turner and Greta; and his children, Susan Montieth (Brian), Dale Bergman Jr. and Brendy Bergman. He is also survived by several other grandchildren & great grandchildren.
