With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Barbara Glasrud (Moorhead, Minnesota), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on February 15, 2025 at the age of 103. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence Crawford and Belva Crawford; her husband Clarence; and her sister Jane Verby. She is survived by: her son Charles; her daughter-in-law Theodora Economou of Morris, MN; her grandchildren, Joseph (Katharine Lindgren) of Morris and Katherine Glasrud (Brian Rider) of St. Paul; and her great grandchild Scout Alexander Rider of St. Paul. She is also survived by loving friends and caregivers.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, March 1st 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Wright Funeral Home and Cremation Service-Moorhead (605 2nd Ave S, Moorhead, MN 56560). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, March 1st 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Saturday, March 1st 2025 at the Prairie Home Cemetery.
Memorials may be made to the charity of the donor's choice.
