He is survived by: his daughter Ashley Provo Of Montrose (Nathan Hott); his grandchildren, Damien Wingard and Jackquelyn Britton; his siblings, Anthony Provo of Sauk Rapids, Paul Provo of Minneapolis and Susan Hembree; and his stepmother Lois Card of Washington.
