He was predeceased by: his parents, William Donald and Katherine L. Douglas (Tuckey); his wife Mary Renee Douglas; and his sister Patricia Davis. He is survived by: his friend Café; his children, Christy Biss (Paul), Jeff Douglas (Teresa), Michelle Dahl (Spencer), Amy O'Connell (Patrick Wheeler), Kelly Taverna (Jason), Matthew O'Connell (Kate) and Chris O'Connell (Lisa); his grandchildren, Jack, Kyle Douglas, Logan, Lacey Dahl, Joseph, Anne, Lucia Wheeler, Cece Taverna, Will, Dan, Norah O'Connell, Lauren and Makenna O'Connell; and his sister Shirley Setterberg. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
