It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Martin Hoekstra (Montrose, Minnesota), born in Litchfield, Minnesota, who passed away on October 19, 2019, at the age of 39, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Arlo Voigt, Clarence and Betty Hoekstra; and his aunt Heidi Voigt. He is survived by: his parents, Gene Hoekstra and Janelle Hoekstra (Voigt); his wife Sommer Hoekstra of Montrose; his daughter Sienna Hoekstra of Montrose; his brothers, Joe Hoekstra (Kelly) of Watkins and Ed Hoekstra (Megan) of Grove City; his niece Heidi Hoekstra (Casey); his great-nieces and great-nephews, Maverick, Holly Hoekstra, Logan Hoekstra and Taylor Hoekstra; and his grandmother Ardella Voigt of Litchfield.
