He is survived by: his significant other Phyllis Johnson; his daughter Jody Bremer (Joey); his grandchildren, Chad Starr (Brett) and Chelsea Mackedanz (Christopher); and his great grandchildren, Brooks, Madden Starr, Hensley and Adler Mackedanz.
