He is survived by: his parents, Jeff McIntosh and Sue McIntosh of Nisswa, MN; his son Calvin McIntosh of Monticello, MN; his sister Kirstin McIntosh of Pequot Lakes, MN; and his nieces, Aubree and Josie Knutson. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles and cousins.
