He was predeceased by: his parents, Aloys Kulzer and Rita (Raphael Kampa); his siblings, Glenn and Keith Kulzer; and his brother-in-law Steve Wilson.
He is survived by: his wife Marcia (Schaefer); his children, Tanya (Bill Maurice), Amy (Daniel Banks) and Jon (Jessica Peer); his grandchildren, Mia Banks, Julia Maurice and Dakota Kulzer; and his siblings, Louise, Miles (Becky England), Wayne Kulzer (Sue Zwick), Raphael (Kathy Wolter), Russ (Erin Guthrie), Robin (Phillip Bautch) and Rodney Kampa (Geri Fitzpatrick). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred to Quiet Oaks Hospice House, 5537 Galaxy Rd, St. Cloud, MN 56301.
