He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Jerome Barthel and Florence Barthel (Robeck); his wife Cathy Barthel; his son Matthew Barthel; his brother Donald Barthel; his daughter-in-law Sara Barthel; his daughters, Jennifer Richardson (Robert) and Kimberly Moon; his grandchildren, Brooke Eisenstein, Wyatt and Madison Barthel; his sisters, Marilyn Lindenfelser and Sharon Hofmeister; and his friend Joey Otten. He was also cherished by many nieces, nephews, family and friends.
