It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Cynthia Rose Hoglund (Monticello, Minnesota), who passed away on February 5, 2022, at the age of 62, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her father Richard Winter; her brothers, Rick Winter and Eldon Winter; and her former husband Jeffrey Hoglund. She is survived by: her mother Lorrayne Winter (Jarmuzek); her fiancé David Nemitz; her children, Jasen Hoglund and Kristine Hoglund-Campbell (Dustin Campbell); her grandchildren, Keegan, Kameron and Kolby; her siblings, John Winter, Jean Brown (David), Sue Dobrovolny (Joel) and Paula Starkey (Dave); and her sister-in-law Lori Winter. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives & many friends.
