He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Hagen and Geraldine Hagen (Martin); his wife Glenda Kay Hagen; his son Michael Allen Hagen; and his parents-in-law, Wallace "Governor" and Donna Dunkin.
He is survived by: his son Mark Hagen (Tracy); his grandchildren, Tommy (Nicky), Riley, Laurynne and Andrew; his daughter Andrea Mialkowski (Eric); his grandchildren, Kyle and Lauren; and his siblings, Paula Duncan, Sheila Muehling, Stephanie Edwards (Bill), Teresa Lippa (late Bill), Vickie Lindberg (John), Jeff Hagen, Rick Hagen and Tony Hagen (Dina). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, family and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred to the American Cancer Society in memory of Allen's greatest love, Glenda.
