He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank David and Helen David (Sticha). He is survived by: his wife Darlene Kuzel; his children, Terrence David Jr. (Laurie) of Steen, MN, Tracy David (Vicki) of Faribault, Troy David (Carol) of Lonsdale, Todd David (Kala) of Montgomery, Dawn Molitor (Wayne) of Nicollet, Darcy David (Kevin Henze) of Kilkenny, Ty David (Sarah Crosby) of Montgomery and Travis David (Randi Rupert) of Hudson, WI; and his brother Micheal David of Le Center. He is also survived by 16 grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers the family prefers memorials donated to a children's charity of their preference.
