It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Richard Vargo of Montgomery, Minnesota, born in Faribault, Minnesota, who passed away on June 11, 2024, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Vincent and Margaret Vargo (Zellmer); and his siblings, Donald, Kenneth, Duane, Raymond Vargo and Darlene Cemensky.

He is survived by: his wife Wendy Richter of Montgomery; his children, Amy Wehe (Mark) of Faribault, Justin Vargo (Tina) of Lonsdale, Jill Vargo of Montgomery and Jessica Pumper (Dan) of Lonsdale; his grandchildren, Sydney, Cami, Chase Vargo, Jaymin, Joslyn Vargo, Jorgia, Griffin Pumper and Madelyn Wehe; his great grandchild Quin Pumper; and his siblings, Donna Ludowese of Beaver Dam, Wisc, Leon Vargo (Carol) of Faribault and Dennis Vargo of Faribault.
