She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Hruby and Emma Hruby; her husband Robert A. Lebens (Bob); her daughter Dianne; and her brother Vern.
She is survived by: her children, Connie, Pat (Scott), Cathy (Dan), Mike (Sarah) and Tim (Laura); and her grandchildren, Kelly (Santiago), Katie, Megan, Bobby, Michael, Gracelyn, Ella and Ethan.
