He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer Wolter and Edna Wolter (Bongard); and his wife Phyllis Wolter (Kliniski). He is survived by: his children, Dianne Wolbeck (James) of Montgomery and Gary Wolter of Minnetonka; his grandchildren, Jered, Sarina, Logan, Emmett, Owen Wolbeck and Alex Gustafson; and his sister Elizabeth Whiteaker (Bill) of Montrose. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
